The firm provides full management of your obligations, handling all your filings to ensure complete compliance with the tax authorities. On a day-to-day basis, we manage your routine taxes, from VAT and intra-EU transactions to the various social contributions and vehicle taxes. For more complex structures, our expertise extends to group taxation, including the management of corporation tax, tax consolidation regimes and rigorous monitoring of transfer pricing.

In the event of a tax audit, the firm becomes your single point of contact. We act as a genuine shield, preparing the necessary documentation and defending your interests resolutely before the tax authorities.

Strategic advice and wealth optimisation

Beyond mere compliance, we analyse your overall situation to maximise your profitability. Our approach to income engineering allows us to optimise directors’ remuneration through a precise balance between salary and dividends, aiming to maximise your net disposable income.

We also support you in the legal structuring of your activities, whether creating a holding company, optimising corporation tax or calmly preparing a business transfer. Finally, we complement this strategy with personalised investment and tax-reduction recommendations, using the best savings vehicles such as the PER (retirement savings plan) or life insurance to protect and preserve your wealth.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, our answers.

IR or IS: which tax option should I choose to optimise my business’s profitability?

The choice between income tax (IR) and corporation tax (IS) is never final, but it is decisive for your cash flow.

  • IS allows you to manage your tax burden.
  • IR allows any start-up losses to be offset directly against your household's taxable income, but can quickly become costly if your profits rise.
How are dividends taxed and how can I optimise their distribution?

In France, dividend payments are subject by default to the flat tax (PFU) of 31.4% since 1 January 2026. This rate breaks down into 12.8% income tax and 18.6% social security contributions.

However, depending on your marginal tax bracket, it may be more advantageous to opt for taxation under the progressive scale. This option gives you a 40% allowance, but the balance is taxed at your usual rate.
